2. Order Cancellation Before Production

  • Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for non-personalized products and within 24 hours for personalized products.
  • Cancellation Method: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] with your order details.

3. Order Cancellation After Production Begins

  • Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation request is submitted after production has started, a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the order value will be applied. For personalized products, the cancellation fee may be higher to cover material costs.
  • Reason: Our products are printed on demand and often personalized for each customer, making them unsellable to others.

4. Order Modifications

  • Modification Timeframe: You may request changes to your order within the same cancellation timeframe: 12 hours for non-personalized products and 24 hours for personalized products.
  • Modification Method: Send a modification request to [email protected] with the details of the desired changes.

5. Cancellation After Order Has Shipped

Policy: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not accept cancellations or changes.
